Can I get more than one puppet in my video?
Yes! Please contact us with further details to receive a quote.
How long does the video I booked go for?
Standard videos range from 1 - 2 mins, depending on the length of the script. If you would like a longer video, longer script or additional characters, please contact us with further details to receive a quote.
What is the difference between 'Personal Use' and 'Promotional Use' licences
Personal Use - the right to personally use the content you purchase or send it to someone else as a gift.
Promotional Use - the right to use the content you purchase as part of promotional material, advertisement or for financial gain.
Can I request revisions?
Revisions are not included in the original price of the videos, unless we make a mistake. Please make sure to include all necessary details and direction in your booking.
Revisions due to a mistake on our part, will be done at no extra cost. Revisions outside the scope of the original booking will incur a fee.
Do you do live video calls / corporate meetings?
Yes we do! Please contact us with further details to receive a quote.
Is there any type of content that All Felt Puppets refuses to create?
We choose not to create content to promote any of the following products/services: gambling, alcohol or finances.
We also refuse to create any content that promotes views of the following nature: anti-political, anti-religious or defamatory material. This also applies to any content inciting violence or discrimination of any kind.
Furthermore, we also chose not to create 'blank' or 'voiceless' videos to be dubbed.
All Felt Puppets reserves the right to alter the text of any script at our discretion.

What happens if I choose the wrong licence type?
If you choose the wrong licence type, we will contact you to adjust the price difference before the final content is produced and released.
Who owns the video / character copyright?
The copyright over the puppets, their characters, their names and likeness belong to All Felt Puppets and its proprietary Troy Murphy. The All Felt Puppets content can not be used in any other way apart from in the video supplied to you ― unless with written approval by All Felt Puppets first.

Can I edit the content I purchase?
The All Felt Puppets content can not be used in any other way apart from in the video supplied to you ― unless with written approval by our team first. Before final approval, we will also request to see the edited version of the content. This is to make sure that it does not misalign with our values or causes any brand damaging to our business.
Can I request the native / raw video files?
At this stage we do not supply native or raw video files.
